Parasakthi Group founder of Muthuramasamy Andal Educational & Social Trust Mr.G.Muthuramasamy, Philanthropist a Teacher, Started a Primary School (Std I to V) in the name of Parasakthi Vidhyasala in 1952 with 47 students and two teachers at S.Kottaipatti, a small village located in the outskirt of Madurai. The school had been upgraded as Middle School in 1954 and as High School from 1987 and elevated as Higher Secondary School in 1992. Now Parasakthi Higher Secondary School serves more than 3000 students and it Produces 100% Result with high marks for the past 21 Years in this rural locality. It caters the needs of poor and downtrodden people belonging to five districts. Muthuramasamy Andal Educational & Social Trust is a center for Social Service which serves the poor and needy. Thereafter Parasakthi College of Education was started in the Year 2004 under the Muthuramasamy Andal Educational & Social Trust. The college is located at a very ideal place, that is free from noise and pollution. Muthuramasamy Andal Educational & Social Trust urges to promote quality teachereducation to the rural students and had a conviction to have a uncompromising quality education. The trust has also ensured the provision of suitable teaching– learning experiences through recruiting well-qualified dedicated faculty and through chalking out the academic calendar well in advance.
